What quality of cashmere do you offer?
Our cashmere products are made from the highest quality wool with extra-long fibers. This makes them more durable, softer, and more luxurious than cheaper alternatives. We place great importance on sustainable and fair production. -
Are your cashmere products sustainably and fairly produced?
Yes, our products are manufactured under fair conditions in Nepal. We work closely with our partners to ensure fair wages and sustainable production processes. -
How do I properly care for my cashmere products?
• Washing: Cashmere should be washed by hand or on the wool cycle with cold water and special wool detergent.
• Drying: Do not wring out; instead, lay flat on a towel to dry.
• Storage: Store folded in a cotton bag to protect against moths. -
Are there care instructions for specific products?
Yes, specific care instructions can be found on the respective product pages. General care tips for cashmere products can also be found in our Care Guide. -
Pilling: Is this normal, and how do I remove it?
Yes, pilling is a natural process with cashmere, especially in the first few wears. Pills can be easily removed with a cashmere comb or lint shaver. After a few uses, pilling will noticeably decrease. -
How long does delivery take?
• Germany & EU: 2–4 business days

What are the shipping costs?

Are there additional charges for orders from outside the EU?
Yes, deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties, taxes, and fees. For more information, please refer to the German Customs Office (www.zoll.de), DHL (www.dhl.de), or GLS (www.gls-group.com). -
Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?
Changes or cancellations are only possible shortly after the order has been completed. Please contact us as soon as possible by email. -
How long do I have to return an item?
Unworn and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. -
How does a return or exchange work?
• Please contact us in advance by email at sales@avitmode.de.
• Returns must be sent at your own expense to our address.
• After receiving and inspecting the item, we will refund the amount within 14 days to your original payment method. -
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Further details can be found at checkout. -
Do you offer custom-made or bespoke products?
At present, we do not offer custom-made pieces. However, if you require larger quantities for your business, please contact us for individual advice. -
How can I ensure that the product colors meet my expectations?
We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible in the product images. However, please note that screen displays may vary. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.
